If your company does not have a signed written agreement or a contractually negotiated End User License Agreement in effect with Precisely covering the license of Automate Studio, then the standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for your geographic area will apply as noted below. Please note, if you have entered into a separate Agreement with Precisely, that document supersedes the license agreements below.
