World Premium Points of Interest Additional Terms

Licensee is expressly prohibited from using the Point of Interest Data as a factor in establishing an individual’s eligibility for (i) credit or insurance to be used primarily for personal, family or household purposes, (ii) employment, or (iii) to engage in unfair or deceptive practices.

A. Additional Provisions with respect to the data for China: China data may not be exported from China.

B. Additional Provisions with respect to the data for Korea: Korea data may not be exported from Korea.
