In addition to your Agreement with PlaceIQ your use of the PlaceIQ Movement Products are governed by these additional terms and conditions:
Customer will only use the PlaceIQ Movement Products within the bounds of one or more of the following use cases:
- Transportation planning, transportation operations, urban planning, smart cities, safety planning, infrastructure construction and management, evacuations, transportation issues related to major events, transportation policy, monitoring of greenhouse gases and criteria air emissions from transportation, and monitoring of trends related to the foregoing;
- Outdoor advertising analytics;
- Retail and real estate location planning.
PlaceIQ Movement Products means the following products: Daily Visit Counts Data Set with Auto, Place Intelligence Metrics Data Set with Auto, Traffic Health Dashboard with Auto, and Place Intelligence Metrics Dashboard with Auto.
