What is your return policy?

If you are unhappy with a product or simply changed your mind, you may return any product (except for discontinued items) within 30 days from time of receipt. We won't charge you anything and your account will be credited fully minus shipping costs. We only ask that the product be in a new condition (no signs of use allowed) and if possible packaged in the original box (so save the box). If you need to return a product, contact us for instructions. You will need a return authorization number. You must contact us for this number before returning any products to insure that you receive credit for your return. We will refuse any returns without this number.
